Randy Cofield is the Founder and CEO of God’s Spiritual Plan LLC, a purpose-driven organization at the intersection of spiritual healing, psychological transformation, and community empowerment. Based in San Diego, California, Randy is a spiritualist, a visionary leader, and a survivor of religious abuse whose lived experience fuels his commitment to guide others toward divine alignment and authentic living.
His spiritual foundation began not in academia, but through deep personal trials and direct experience with both the dark and light aspects of spiritual reality. From overcoming the grip of the occult and narcissistic abuse to discerning between spiritual awakening and psychosis, Randy embodies a raw, tested faith that informs his work. He is a Heyoka empath, guided by truth, spiritual discernment, and divine instruction. His journey taught him not only how to survive religious trauma but how to expose spiritual injustice, reclaim sacred identity, and walk others through the fires of transformation.
Academically, Randy has studied spiritual psychology, socioemotional development, and therapeutic practices to bring a more grounded and accessible method to the healing process. He has participated in programs like Wells Fargo Boost Camp and engages with organizations such as the NAACP to stay involved in civic and economic growth initiatives, especially for marginalized communities. His work integrates both faith-based and analytical frameworks to meet people where they are, bridging the gap between spirit and science.
Through God’s Spiritual Plan LLC, Randy launched three entities: Higher Conscious Network, Divine Alignment Center, and Higher Divine Essentials. These businesses work together to provide spiritual recovery, mentorship, and holistic wellness services. Randy is especially focused on offering alternatives where traditional systems have failed, creating sacred spaces for Black, LGBTQIA+, and spiritually wounded individuals to find clarity, identity, and purpose.
His leadership style is nontraditional, spiritually intuitive, and grounded in the belief that technology can be used as a force for light. With Higher Conscious Network, Randy is building an algorithm-free digital sanctuary that protects users from manipulation and fosters real healing through intentional connection.
